Barbell & Conditioning Schedule
What to Expect!
Monday and Tuesday: LIFT AND SWEAT
Class is comprised of integrated warm up, dynamic barbell lifting component, and high intensity metabolic conditioning.
Wednesday: GAINS TRAIN
No conditioning, big lifts only with 4-6 week cycles (squats, bench, pulls, accessory) - dedication to getting swole.
Thursday: STRONGMAN CONDITIONING
High intensity intervals focused on power and strength. High HR spikes with longer breaks between stations will keep you rested while still burning cals. Focus us on strongman and nontraditional CrossFit movements.
Friday: PARTNER FOCUSED BARBELL METCONS
Grab a partner and get savage! Workouts are always partner shared work. Metcons are typically longer between 30-45 minutes. Workouts are centered around barbell movements, metabolic ergs, and bodyweight work. If the week beat you down, grab a friend and get some revenge.
