Welcome to a summer of fun, fitness, and growth!
Our Kids Strength and Conditioning Summer Camp is designed to inspire and empower young athletes to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle while building strength, agility, and confidence.

Our camp offers a dynamic blend of workouts, games, and activities tailored specifically for kids, led by experienced coaches who prioritize safety and enjoyment. Through our summer camp your young athlete will learn fundamental movement skills, improve coordination, build confidence, and foster a love for staying active.

CAMP DETAILS

Open to 8-13 year old boys and girls!
Campers will be split into groups according to age, 8-10 and 11-13 year olds.

1st Semester
Session 1: June 2nd - 6th
Session 2: June 9th - 13th
Session 3: June 16th -20th
Session 4: June 23rd - 27th

2nd Semester
Session 1: July 7th - 11th
Session 2: July 14th - 18th
Session 3: July 21st - 25th

Strength and Conditioning
Speed Agility Biomechanics
Foundational Strength Technique
Sports Games Obstacle Course

Snacks and basic intro to macros

What to expect, glimpse at a camp day

Arrive at 9:00am: Prime the body for speed agility work or weight training.
45 minute speed drills agility drills
15 minute break transition
60 minute strength conditioning work.
15 minute mindset coaching
45 minutes sport specific games and challenges fitness related.


Austin Youth fitness Cylce the City Camp Train

Hey Campers! If you are looking to make your camp a full day, then you can add on AYF's Cycle the City Camp! AYF Coaches will meet your camper at CrossFit Central at noon and bike your kiddo down to AYF’s Pease Park location. Cycle the City Campers will need to bring a lunch, extra snacks and a water bottle. The camp wraps up at 4 PM with parent pick up at Pease Park.
